If Customs officials in your country return your order to us(for example: Herbal supplements are banned in your country) we will refund your credit card the amount equal to 80% of the product purchase price (less twice your shipping charge -as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order to us).
Please check with your country's Customs regulations to make sure that you are permitted to import nutritional supplements from Canada.
Customs, in rare instances, may confiscate shipments containing locally prohibited products from getting through to their respective countries.
In the rare case in which your shipment is confiscated, PharmaTech 2000 Inc. accepts no financial responsibility, and therefore can not offer any refunds for your order.
However, our ingredients are permitted and accepted under Health Canada. PharmaTech 2000 does not use Hot List ingredients (Health Canada publishes a “hotlist” of substances banned or restricted by law).

Our products are also analyized on several levels of production before reaching the consumer by independant Labs.
