Pharmatech 2000 Inc., has requested the removal of the noted alert on DiaTech 2000 since 2004 by submitting appeals and inquiries.
DiaTech 2000 Ingredient information, updated advertising pamphlets and labels were all submitted and are currently under review in a
'back log' according to the FDA.

We pride ourselves on the key fact that we only use all natural ingredients.
Our herbal ingredients, in DiaTech2000 and all our products, are on the Health Canada Safe List and have proven effective and safe support for Diabetics over the years.

What the online FDA import Alert fails to mention is that DiaTech2000 is under review with the FDA due to incorrect/out dated literature mailed with the product to the USA in the year 2000.

Upon our discussions with FDA representative, they are fully aware that DiaTech 2000 dietary supplement DOES NOT CONTAIN Black Salve or any related form of Black Salve thereof.

Background/Reason for Alert: Black salve, also known by the names cited above, has been advertised for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of cancer. In addition, various websites promote black salve products for use in the treatment and cure of cancer, tumors, herpes, venereal diseases, diabetes, lupus, and internal malignancies. Based on its intended uses, this product is a drug. Further, CDER is not aware of any substantial scientific evidence that demonstrates that this product is generally recognized as safe and effective for its labeled uses. Districts may detain without physical examination any product named above, and refuse entry to any black salve product that is labeled or is accompanied by labeling, with claims that it is intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent a disease.
